Product portfolio managed

Dasalla sold through B2B partners and online marketplaces, including Amazon, Shopify, and Houzz. I managed those partner relationships and a product portfolio worth about $2,000,000.

The problem.

With that many products across that many channels, there was no clear read on which stock was performing and which was just sitting.

The work.

I tracked channel performance and analyzed sales data across the whole portfolio to separate products that were moving from products that were not. Then I turned the findings into a presentation for leadership.

The result.

I identified $300,000 in non-performing inventory, about 15% of the portfolio, and presented it to leadership.

What I learned.

Inventory that isn't selling still costs money every month it sits. That job taught me to go looking for the number nobody is asking about.
